Welcome to Bliss Skin Haus.

I'm Jess, the owner and founder of Bliss Skin Haus, formerly known as Beauty at Bliss.

My journey began in 2004 when I was just 19 years old. Fresh out of beauty college, I opened the doors to a tiny treatment room inside a health club at Menai Central. At the time, I was offering waxing and tinting services, driving around in my little Holden Barina with my hot pink butterfly logo and simply hoping I could make a career out of doing something I loved.

What started as a small beauty business quickly became so much more.

As my passion for the industry grew, I developed a strong interest in skin health and helping people achieve real confidence through their skin. In 2006, I took a leap of faith and moved into my own commercial premises at Menai Metro. Looking back, I had no idea just how challenging running a business on my own would be, but I was determined to make it work.

Over the years, Bliss grew one client at a time. After spending years working solo, I eventually hired my first team member and began building the clinic I had always envisioned. Along the way there have been plenty of highs and lows, business challenges, relocations, long hours, a global pandemic, becoming a wife and mum, endless learning and more cups of coffee than I could possibly count.

But through it all, one thing has never changed: my love for this industry and the people I get to meet because of it.

Today, more than 20 years later, Bliss Skin Haus has evolved into a results-driven skin clinic combining advanced technologies, evidence-based treatments and personalised care. While the clinic has changed dramatically since those early days, the heart behind it remains exactly the same.

I still believe that every client deserves honest advice, genuine care and treatments that truly make a difference. Whether you're visiting us for advanced skin treatments, laser services or simply taking some time for yourself, my goal has always been to create a space where you feel welcome, comfortable and confident.

To our incredible clients, many of whom have been with us for years, thank you. Your support, loyalty and trust have allowed me to do what I love for over two decades. Bliss Skin Haus simply wouldn't exist without you.
