ESSENTIAL SKIN PLAN

$39 per week

Designed to maintain healthy skin and support early concerns such as dehydration, dullness, congestion and barrier repair.

Includes:

• 1 customised Essential Facial per month

ADVANCED SKIN PLAN

$59 per week

Ideal for clients wanting targeted skin correction and long-term improvement. Suitable for ageing, pigmentation, acne, texture concerns and compromised skin function.

• 1 Advanced Corrective Facial per month

• Customised modalities selected based on your skin’s needs

• Complimentary initial skin scan & personalised skin report

ADVANCED PLUS SKIN PLAN

$69 per week

Our most comprehensive Skin Plan, designed for clients committed to progressive skin correction and regeneration.

Includes:

• 1 Premium Advanced Facial per month

• Access to standard skin needling up to four times per year (when clinically appropriate)

• Ability to rotate higher-level corrective protocols

• Complimentary initial skin scan & personalised skin report

• 2 complimentary progress skin scans per year

• Skin Plans are non-transferable

What is a Skin Plan?

A Skin Plan is a structured program designed to support long-term skin health through consistency. Clients pay a small weekly amount and receive a customised professional facial each month, along with ongoing skin monitoring and exclusive member benefits.

How often do I receive a treatment?

Skin Plan members receive one professional facial per month.

What is included in my Skin Plan?

Each Skin Plan includes:

• Monthly customised facial treatment

• Complimentary initial skin scan and personalised skin report

• Two complimentary progress skin scans per year

• 10% off retail products while your plan is active

• Priority booking

Inclusions vary slightly depending on the Skin Plan selected.

Is skin needling included?

Standard skin needling is included only in the Advanced Plus Skin Plan, and up to four times per year, when clinically appropriate. Needling sessions are rotated with corrective and recovery treatments to support optimal results.

Why isn’t skin needling included every month?

Skin needling requires adequate recovery time for collagen stimulation and skin repair. Rotating needling with other treatments ensures safer, more effective long-term results and protects skin integrity.

Are RF needling, IPL, Laser or Procell included in Skin Plans?

No. These are advanced device-based treatments and are not included in standard Skin Plans.

However, we can create specialised Skin Plans for selected device-based modalities, where appropriate. These plans are tailored to your skin condition, treatment goals and required treatment intervals, and may include preparation and recovery treatments as part of a structured pathway.

What are specialised device-based Skin Plans?

Specialised device-based Skin Plans are personalised programs designed around advanced treatments such as RF needling or Procell. They allow treatments to be spaced correctly, supported by preparatory and recovery facials, and paid in structured weekly instalments.

Availability and suitability are determined following a professional consultation.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes. All Skin Plans have a minimum commitment of three (3) months, unless otherwise specified for specialised device-based Skin Plans.

How are payments made?

Skin Plans are billed weekly via direct debit.
Set-up fees and transaction fees apply and are charged by our third-party payment provider.

What happens if I miss a treatment?

One treatment rollover is permitted every six months. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of that month’s treatment in line with our clinic cancellation policy.

Can I upgrade my treatment or plan?

Yes. Members can access preferred pricing on selected upgrades, move to a higher Skin Plan, or transition into a specialised device-based Skin Plan if recommended by their therapist.

What happens if I cancel my Skin Plan?

Skin Plans cannot be cancelled during the minimum commitment period. After this time, plans may be cancelled with 14 days’ written notice. All Skin Plan benefits cease upon cancellation.

Will my Skin Plan price increase?

No. Your weekly rate is locked in while your Skin Plan remains active.

Can someone else use my Skin Plan?

No. Skin Plans and all benefits are non-transferable and must be used by the named client only.

Which Skin Plan is best for me?

Our therapists will guide you toward the most appropriate Skin Plan based on your skin condition, goals and lifestyle. Most corrective skin concerns are best supported by our Advanced Skin Plan, with Advanced Plus or specialised device-based Skin Plans recommended where clinically appropriate.
